Overview of Partnership

American Red Cross

The objective of the partnership between the American Red Cross and PEQ Services + Solutions is to provide chapters with a cost-effective selection of on-site and remote desktop support services via several options: per time block, per incident, and/or pre-established service fees.

Through this national contact, chapters will have the option to request a variety of desktop support services simply by placing orders with PEQ. Because the American Red Cross and PEQ are partners in the pursuit of the common goal, PEQ is committed to delivering the best combination of price and service for desktop support services.

PEQ recognizes that service requirements may vary throughout the chapter community. As business needs shift, PEQ will be flexible enough to address the evolving service demands of the various chapters.

 

This agreement between the American Red Cross and PEQ shall provide and maintain desktop support services to include the following:

  • Software and hardware technology refreshments
  • Hardware installation
  • Moves and changes
  • Remote asset management
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting and repairs
  • Help desk services
  • Desktop and laptop management

The newly formed Desktop Support Services Contract provides you with a vehicle for ordering a wide array of industry leading desktop support services. No longer do you have to scour the Web to locate a reliable and cost effective desktop support provider. Choice Based Services now takes the guesswork out of establishing your desktop support sourcing solutions.

 

The CBS Desktop Support Contract (CBS DSSC) offers the following desktop support services:

  • Technology Refreshes, Moves, Additions, and Changes
  • Remote Asset Management
  • Software and Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair
  • Managed Help Desk
  • Desktop and Laptop Image Management
  • Server Management
  • Remote and Desk-Side Support
