  • PEQ Live Chat – PEQ chat operators assist customers with any questions at all times. Any questions that require a dealership follow-up will be forwarded to both the dealer’s CRM system and designated dealer e-mail address.
  • Shared Dealer Chat – Dealership employees provide partial chat service, between the hours of 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Outside of these hours, PEQ chat operators are available to assist customers with their questions. Any questions that require a dealership follow-up will be forwarded to the dealer’s CRM system and a designated e-mail address for further support.
